Namsam Tower

There is a tower in the middle of Seoul called Namsam Tower and at the top of it, lovers go to lace locks on the rails.  The theory is that for as long as your lock is linked so to is your love.
The hopeless romantic in me likes this idea.

Inside the tower they have created windows that point in the direction of all the major cities in the world.  I think my Dad was a little homesick.

Hey! I'm wondering whether you have to purchase your lock before hand? Or, they sell them there?
